Steve’s background spans human services, social work, and directing research and design teams, with a focus on outcome-driven innovation and human-centered design. He is passionate about putting the tools of innovation into the hands of regular folks so that we can all take part in making the world more human.

Joe’s background spans community coordination, business coaching, and guiding teams through collaborative research and innovation initiatives—emphasizing digital hospitality and building solutions around what matters most to the people they serve. Asem is a UI/UX Product Designer focused on creating intuitive, human-centered digital experiences. He has worked with startups and a design agency on SaaS MVPs, design systems, research, and brand updates, and he’s passionate about turning complex problems into simple, thoughtful solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking (often for a crowd), connecting with people at design and tech events, and watching films with great storytelling and memorable music.
